Cancellation
You can cancel your order only before the package is shipped. For cancellations, please contact Nefeli's Handmade customer service department by phone or email.
Returns within Greece
You have the right to return all or some of the products in your order within fourteen (14) calendar days. There is a return shipping fee of €3 and an additional €3 for shipping the replacement.
For hygiene reasons, jewelry and hair accessories cannot be returned unless they are defective upon receipt or show a defect within the first fourteen (14) days.
You can request either a replacement in a different size or, in the case of a defect, a replacement with another product. If this is not possible due to lack of stock, we will refund the monetary value of the product.
If you wish to return a product and do not want a replacement with another product, you can keep a credit note with no time limit for use.
In case of additional changes and returns, the customer will be charged for the shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are processed immediately within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds are only made to the original credit card or PayPal account used when placing the order. Processing times vary depending on the bank and type of credit card.
In the case of cash on delivery payments, the refund will be made to a bank account specified by you. The amount refunded will be the value of the product and not the value of the shipping or cash on delivery charges.
In the case of refunds within Greece, the order amount will be refunded minus €6 in shipping costs (€3 shipping costs to the customer and €3 shipping costs to return the order to the store).
Refunds or new orders will only be processed after the returned product has been received and confirmed to be in its original condition.
Return procedure
The return procedure to follow is as follows:
1. Contact Nefeli's Handmade customer service department either by phone (phone numbers) or by email (email)
2. After consulting with our representative, call the courier service General Postal Service or ELTA Courier Door-to-Door in your area to pick up the parcel. If you choose a courier company other than our partners, you will be charged for the cost.
3. Pack the product(s) you wish to return in their original packaging or any other secure packaging, place the proof of purchase inside the parcel (in case of a refund, please note an account number, preferably of one of our partner banks, as well as the name of the account holder) and send them, with the recipient paying the shipping costs, to the following address:

Refunds will be made within five (5) business days through Piraeus Bank or National Bank. The company is not responsible for the pricing policies of other banks and is not obliged to pay the costs of transfers to banks other than (banks of your choice)
PLEASE NOTE: Any product you wish to return must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and include its tags, proof of purchase, and order form.
Products purchased from the sales/special offers section of www.nefelishandmade.gr cannot be refunded, but can only be replaced. If the discount is equal to or exceeds 50%, the product cannot be returned unless it is defective.
